the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Integrating Sport Games into Training” (see attached).
The Erasmus+ BIP in brief:
– Dates: Online sessions: from 3 March to 28 April 2025 (2.5 hours per week via MS Teams); In-person session: 5–9 May 2025 (5-day intensive week in Kaunas)
– Credits: 3 ECTS
– Participation is free of charge
We can fund up to three your students for their participation in the BIP.
The Erasmus+ grant per student for a short-term mobility for 7 days (5 days of the intensive week + 2 travel days) will be 765,00 EUR (275,00 EUR for travel and 490,00 EUR for living expenses (70,00 EUR x 7 days)).
Please note that students will have to take part not only in the intensive week but also in the virtual part of the programme.
Most probably we will not be able to provide students with the dormitory (because of a short period of time) but I had a contact with Kaunas city hotel and they offered rooms with special price:
– Single room – 56 EUR / 1 night*
– Double room – 69 EUR / 1 night*
– Triple room – 89 EUR / 1 night*
– Quad room – 103 EUR / 1 night*
See attached the student registration form. The final deadline for registration is January 10, 2025 (but it would be better to receive the registration form earlier).
